1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "fb99", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the fb99 platform operated at fb-99.asia and all services provided thereon.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the fb99 platform.
• "Account" — refers to the registered player account created upon successful completion of the fb99 registration process.

2 Acceptance of Terms

3 Eligibility

• You are of sound mind and are not using the platform under duress or at the direction of another person.

4 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on the fb99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

4.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Bangladeshi mobile number, and a valid email address. 4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

4.3 One Account Per Household

Only one active fb99 account is permitted per household, per IP address and per device. Accounts sharing the same household or IP address may be flagged for review. Where multiple accounts are identified at the same address, fb99 may close the duplicate accounts and restrict withdrawals pending investigation.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb99 account credentials, including your username, password and any one-time passcode (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number. fb99 will never ask you for your password via email, live chat or any other channel.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person.
• You must not allow any third party to access or use your account on your behalf.

6 Deposits and Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

fb99 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction within the fb99 cashier. Deposits are credited to your fb99 wallet in real time in most cases. fb99 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT. Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are ordinarily processed within 5 to 15 minutes for mobile wallet methods including bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on the receiving institution.

6.3 Withdrawal Conditions

fb99 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC verification, satisfaction of active bonus wagering requirements, or investigation of suspected fraudulent or prohibited activity. Players must have wagered their deposit at least once before a withdrawal request will be approved. Withdrawal requests that do not meet the applicable conditions will be returned to the player's fb99 wallet with no penalty.

7 Bonuses and Promotions

fb99 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bet credits and seasonal promotions aligned with the Bangladeshi calendar including BPL season, Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day and Victory Day offers. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement which must be met in full before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page.

8 Betting Rules

8.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on the fb99 sportsbook are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the odds offered at the time the bet is confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after they have been accepted by the fb99 system.

8.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sporting event in question. For cricket markets, fb99 uses the official result declared by the International Cricket Council (ICC), Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) or the relevant domestic board. In the event of a dispute regarding the official result, fb99's decision, made in good faith, shall be final.

8.3 Void Bets

fb99 reserves the right to void any bet, in whole or in part, in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window; the market is suspended due to a data or pricing error; the bet was placed after the event result was known (late betting); or the bet was placed at odds that were manifestly erroneous due to a technical or human error.

8.4 Maximum Payout

Maximum single-bet and accumulator payouts apply across all fb99 sports markets. The applicable limits are displayed within the betting interface before bet placement. fb99 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake or payout on any bet at its reasonable discretion, particularly on events where liability concentration warrants such action.

9 Casino Games

All casino games available on fb99 — including slots, live dealer games, table games, crash games and fishing games — are operated using certified random number generators (RNG) or live dealer studios sourced from licensed providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. fb99 does not control the outcome of individual game rounds; outcomes are determined entirely by the provider's certified RNG or live dealer process.

10 Prohibited Conduct

11 Account Suspension and Termination

fb99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute filed by the player against a valid fb99 transaction.
• Player request for self-exclusion under the fb99 Responsible Gaming Policy.
• Court order, regulatory instruction or law enforcement request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where an account is closed for any other reason — including at the player's own request — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method following completion of applicable checks.

12 Responsible Gaming

The fb99 brand name, logo and all associated marks are proprietary to fb99. Unauthorised use of the fb99 brand or any confusingly similar mark in connection with online gambling, marketing or any other commercial activity is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, fb99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruption or any other loss arising from circumstances beyond fb99's reasonable control.

fb99 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may temporarily affect platform availability. fb99 will use reasonable endeavours to provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance affecting betting or withdrawal services.

15 Privacy and Data Protection

17 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be interpreted in the English language. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version of these terms, the English version shall prevail.
